Imaging services Scheduling your diagnostic test Arriving on time What you should ALWAYS bring with you to an appointment:
HOURS: We have convenient hours and some exams can be scheduled evenings and on Saturdays. SCRIPTS: Exams can not be performed without a written order (script) from your referring physician. Scripts are now required for all mammograms (both diagnostic and screening). COPIES OF FILM: Upon a doctor’s request, your images are available on CD. Many area physicians can view your images in their office using our PACS system. PRIOR IMAGES: If you have had prior exams done on the body part we are imaging, you may be required to obtain those prior images and bring them with you on the day of your exam for comparison purposes. Mammography patients MUST bring prior film. Of course, if you have had all your imaging done at River Radiology we have your imaging history and you do not need to bring copies.
