Scheduling your diagnostic test
We have personnel available Mon. to Fri. from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to schedule exams. Please have your insurance information and physician’s prescription available when you call. You will be asked if you have had any similar prior studies done of the body part we will be imaging since we will need your previous films or digital records for comparison. It is extremely important that you bring your doctor’s prescription (the form requesting the exam) AND any pertinent prior imaging studies with you on the day of your appointment.

Arriving on time
We believe that we have done everything possible to minimize waiting times and scheduling problems. Emergencies do happen. We may ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled exam time to complete any necessary forms. Many of these you can download from the website, saving you even more time. Please understand that patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

What you should ALWAYS bring with you to an appointment:
• A script (prescription) from your referring physician
• Copy of your most current insurance card(s)
• Copies of CD’s or films previously taken of the body part we are imaging
• List of medications
